As a valued patient, we strive to provide you with the best possible care and service. When appointments are missed without prior notice, it impacts our ability to accommodate other patients who may be in need of urgent care or have been waiting for an appointment.
We understand that circumstances can change and will accept change of time, date or cancellation of up to 2 business days prior to your appointment. To assist you, we will contact you via SMS 4 days prior to your appointment.
If you are cancelling your appointment with less than 2 business days’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $180.00.
Failure to arrive for an appointment will also result in a $180.00 no show fee. No future appointment will be made available to you until this fee has been paid.
Please note that we will not waive the cancellation fee if you are unwell.

There are specific situations, described under Australian Consumer Law, where we will not charge you a cancellation/no show fee and these relate to extreme events that are beyond the control of you, the client, which makes it impossible for you to cancel within a reasonable time frame or to arrive on time. An example of such an event might be a bush fire or car accident. Please notify us if extenuating circumstances apply.
