What areas can be treated?
Upper face including crow’s feet, forehead and frown lines.
What does the treatment feel like?
The treatment will sting a little. The discomfort is bearable and doesn’t last very long. After the treatment, you may feel a slight tight sensation or a feeling of heaviness in the treated area, which will subside in 1 to 2 weeks.
What are the possible side effects?
With the quantities used for the treatment of upper facial lines, the side effects are usually temporary and localised to the area of treatment, including bruising, tenderness, skin tightness, swelling or redness, which may last up to 1 week. Other possible side effects include headaches, nausea or flu-like symptoms. In rare cases, there may be a slight and temporary drooping of an eyelid or eyebrow, due to local muscle weakness, lasting 3-4 weeks.
Is there any post treatment care?
What can I expect regarding results?
Whilst results will vary from client to client, on average 5 to 7 days to see results but optimal results may take up to 2 weeks. If the desired result is not seen after 2 weeks, you may need additional treatment. Results typically last between 3 to 4 months. This varies depending on your body’s metabolism.
What does the treatment feel like?
Depending on the area being treated, you may feel a sting or slight discomfort and feel pressure, but this typically lasts no longer than 30 seconds.
What are the possible side effects?
Side effects generally include swelling, bruising and redness at the treatment site. Temporary pain, firmness, lumps, itching and discolouration can also occur, although rarely seen. Treatment areas can feel lumpy for up to 4 weeks post treatment. In the vast majority of cases, any effects are temporary and should resolve within a week.

Results are immediate. Results typically last between 6 to 12 months. This varies depending on your body’s metabolism.
