In July 2013, Dr Taylor was awarded Best Paper for his presentation of his breakthrough abdominoplasty research to the delegates of the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Port Douglas, QLD. This was one of six papers that Dr Taylor delivered at the conference detailing a range of technical and education breakthroughs.

As the authoritative source since 1977, the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) has been one of the world’s leading organisations in cosmetic surgery education and research. Members are all Fellows of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) specialising in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body.  The annual conference provides an opportunity for the best in Australia to gather and share information and insights.

Dr Taylor’s award-winning presentation centred around his clinic trial on the wider benefits of abdominoplasty and revealed some breakthrough results.
